Employers who are eligible for the amnesty can disclose, lodge and pay unpaid SG amounts for their employees. During this amnesty employers can claim deductions and not incur administration charges or penalties
If you have concerns that your organisation has not paid all your employees’ superannuation time, discuss the matter with us asap because this one-off Amnesty is about to expire.
Even if you are currently unable to pay the monies owing, apply for the Amnesty now to receive its benefits. We will work with you to establish a payment plan with the ATO. Plans can be tailored to your circumstances.
The ATO will continue to conduct reviews and audits to identify employers not paying their employees.
