It has been a challenging start to the year for our community with bushfires, floods and now the COVID-19 pandemic impacting many Australians, both directly and indirectly.
We are here to support our clients with the same level of professional service and expertise. As we work through changing circumstances, we will continue with our standard recurring debit of our fee retainers. This is necessary, as we are a small business with running costs that include rent, technology (money well spent to be on the cloud right now), staff and more.
As an additional service to our clients we will be providing the majority of our COVID-19 related stimulus measure assistance without any additional fees, as we all need to play our part in keeping this country afloat. If it is an obviously complex matter, any billing will be discussed prior to ensure a suitable outcome for all concerned.
